要旨

The thesis develops the physical and technological principles of the colloidal synthesis of semiconductor and metal nanostructures and studies hybrid structures based on them. It presents three purpose-built setups, protected by Russian utility model patents: a reactor for nanoparticle synthesis in a flow of immiscible liquids, a setup for layer-by-layer deposition (SILAR and electrochemical ALD), and a light-scattering indicatrix setup for real-time monitoring of synthesis and deposition. For cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals CsPbX₃ (X = Cl, Br, I), a physicochemical triangulation of the Cs–Pb–X systems shows the role of the [PbX₆] anionic octahedra in their growth, fast anion exchange and radiation hardness: CsPbBr₃ nanocrystals keep their photoluminescence under γ-irradiation far better than CdSe/ZnS quantum dots, and oriented attachment gives (100)-textured nanocrystal layers. Monodisperse Ag/SiO₂ core/shell nanoparticles with 15–40 nm silica shells enhance the photoluminescence of CdSe/ZnS quantum dots up to 8.7 times at a 25 nm shell.
