Growth characteristics of nanostructured lead sulfide films prepared by chemical bath deposition

초록

Processes of lead sulfide film forming from aqueous solutions are considered. Two main stages of such film growth are highlighted. It is shown that the first stage can be used to produce arrays of lead sulfide quantum dots.
