الملخص

Colloidal nanocrystals of CuInS₂ and CuInSe₂ were synthesized in an apolar noncoordinating medium using 1-dodecanethiol as a ligand. A semiconductor shell of ZnS was formed for CuInS₂ nanocrystals obtained by the injection method. The obtained samples were characterized by absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence.
